This is the personal site of Donald Noble, a civil engineer living and working in Inverness, Scotland — “the capital of the Highlands”.
Who?
Donald Ross Noble. I was born in Inverness twenty-odd years ago, and grew up in the village of Newtonmore, in the heart of the Highlands of Scotland, and now part of the Cairngorms national park. I studied Civil & Environmental engineering at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh for 5 years, and I currently work for Mott MacDonald, a multi-disciplinary civil engineering consultancy firm based in the UK. When not in work, I enjoy photography, cycling, hill walking, swimming, and climbing; amongst other things.
What?
I generally post recipes, links, photos and musings about that interested me, ranging from landscape and the outdoors, engineering and architecture, computers/tech and probably more. Have a look around, if you want.
