Chocolate Crispies
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Butter
- 4 tsp (Brown) Sugar
- 4 tsp Golden Syrup
- 2 tsp Drinking Chocolate Powder
- 1 tsp Coffee Granules
- 2-3 handfulls cornflakes or rice crispies
Method:
- Melt everything apart form the cereal in a pan over a low heat.
- Turn up heat, and boil for 30 seconds to caramalise slightly.
- Mix in cereal, ensuring it is well coated with chocolate sauce.
- Place into lots of little cake cases, or (preferably) a bigger bowl or 2, and allow to set.
