Pizza dough
After searching the internet for recipes for pizza dough, I tried this one by Anthony Worrall Thompson BBC - Food – Recipes – Perfect pizza dough, which was quite tasty. I made it with wholemeal stoneground flour, which gives a more filling base—although possibly not to everyone’s liking.
I have not quite perfected getting the dough to rise evenly in the middle, leaving a slightly soggy base, but still perfectly edible.
