These are some dishes that I enjoy cooking and eating! :)
All quantities are approximate, so please feel free to vary to suit your taste, or what you have available.
I made some spicy lentil soup yesterday, which turned out reasonably well, so I thought I’d post the recipe here for posterity. It was loosely based around this recipe for spicy red lentil soup, although adjusted to what I had available (including the lack of scales).

A very simple, but rather tasty way of cooking tuna steaks, inspired by othe recipes I found on the internet, but adapted as I didn’t have all thei ingredients. This worked well, so I’ll just use this from now on.
