I made some spicy lentil soup yesterday, which turned out reasonably well, so I thought I’d post the recipe here for posterity. It was loosely based around this recipe for spicy red lentil soup, although adjusted to what I had available (including the lack of scales).

Mmmmmm, I’ve just eaten about half a bar of Lindt’s new Dark Chocolate with Hazelnut, and it is absolutely delicious! The chocolate is dark and rich, without being overly bitter like the 70 or 85% cocoa chocolate is.
